Design
Preliminary design, modelisation,
design change, ... we can assist you from basic to the most complex projects using state of the art 2D and 3D softwares. To enhance Customer experience we also propose art design, 3D renderings and VR features.
Engineering
For your projects with stress analyses or aerodynamic impact, our Engineers can build Electrical Load Analysis (ELA), Finite Element Design (FED) or Computational Fluid Dynamics
(CFD) models, and relevant reports that will answer to your MC2. We would also be in position to review and identify most critical scenarios so that it lighten further laboratory, ground or flight tests.
Certification
With a proven experience with EASA and FAA, but also TCCA (Canada), GCAA (UAE), GACA (Saudi Arabia), ANAC (Brazil), CAAC (China), JCAB (Japan), CASA (Australia), ... our Certification Team will support you in building compliance documents or liaising with the Authorities for Initial Approval or Validation projects for Minor or Major Changes (STC).
Airworthiness
If you need to maintain/extend your Terms of Approval, or more resources to absorb workload peaks, we can support you in Airworthiness/Postholder positions. With an experience from aircraft manufacturers to STC holders through OEM's, our Airworthiness Engineers have operated for at least 15 years under EASA Part 21J's.
Program Management
Tasks listing and links between them is essential to ensure critical path is identified so that:
- any drift that could lead to a project delay is properly managed,
- recovery actions are put in place,
- cascades are rearranged to minimise or eliminate the impact on the project.
Risk analysis
Because risks can have a significant impact on costs and lead time, we propose to support you with risk analyses on technical tasks of your projects. This will allow you to comfortably make your strategic decisions, but also after project commenced to monitor and mitigate risks identified.

New Approval Implementation
You want to set up your Part 21J, we can assist you from the first step of the process to the final approval. Our collaborators are experienced postholders who are familiar with the application process with EASA. We will guide you through each milestone by providing a clear roadmap at project start, but also ensure your staff is properly trained so that they can run the DOA. If required, we can support you in postholder and CVE positions until you are 100% autonomous.
